Hello - Lots of stuff happening...work for pay fundraiser was Monday night. Good turn out and it went well. Thanks to everyone who came! If you missed out, don't worry, we'll be at the next FEAST. Went to the Met yesterday with Stephanie and Juliet. Medieval drawings are amazing. Pictures Generation show was good but I need to go back and spend some more time. Francis Bacon was...not my cup of tea, let's say. Very "dark" in a TeenAngst-DeathPoetry kind of way. Went up on the roof and had no reaction to the Roxy Paine piece. None at all, except thinking, "You probably shouldn't let your kid climb on that expensive sculpture.

Anonymous: Yes, those stills are creepy but the actual Wegman videos are really funny and great. Totally worth a viewing.

Hey - Went to the High Line yesterday. It's pretty great. My favorite aspect is the amphitheater that looks out onto oncoming traffic. It's still under construction but I imagine there will be some J.G. Ballard style freakiness happening up there. Do you think the architects mention Crash when they talk about that space?
Hung out with the crew last night. Went dancing at Tandem. DJ Drum Circle and DJ Teen Hugs played some great jams, e.g. "Everybody" by Madonna and "Jupiter's Critic & the Mind of Mars" by DJ Quik and Kurupt. A good time was had by all.
Picked up our farm share this morning. Looking good. Excited to start cooking.

circle&square: I know we already talked about this but...yeah that house is super weird and out of place. I didn't know about the seasonal teddy bear in the window. Can't imagine being around when it happened. Crazy. Haven't seen the Weatherman documentary but it's on my list now.

Matt Cassity: I don't remember ever getting the full DARE presentation but I definitely learned some things from their brochures and such. Wonder if you could find one of those display cases at a police auction or something.
